How are the products shipped?

The products in our range are shipped within Germany by DPD. We ship abroad via DPD, DHL or SPRING - Global Delivery Network. We always choose the most favorable provider for you. The selection depends on the country, weight and dimensions of the shipment.Small parcels are delivered within Germany by DPD Parcelletter. These are usually delivered to your letterbox. For larger volumes and quantities, we commission a freight forwarder.

Shipping costs:

Within Germany, we deliver free of charge for orders over €99 net. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €5.29 net. We charge €3.35 net for small shipments.For shipments abroad, shipping costs vary depending on the country, weight and dimensions of the package.
